This Yoga workshop will focus on how to work with the stress and excitement of the upcoming festive season.
Our physical body requires movement to release built up tensions. That is easy to understand. Because we know we all hold tensions of every day life. But we forget that the angst builds up, even though it is from good cheer fun and excitement at this time of year, it can, and does, create a sense of hyper tension (so to speak).
Yoga postures taught by Kelly Marie, give the body a safe way to move out the contracted inner excitement and we find ways to deal with the inner buzz. Everyone can make a choice of which posture can help them squeeze out the tension and soak up revitalisation.
Once the body has a moment to re-balance, our mind is the best way forward to to melt our muscles further and turn our senses inwards towards a quieter space, this is Oasis.
You can pay for a superb massage and feel absolutely Shamazing afterwards. But on a Sunday morning, for two hours…this is the most ideal way to KNOW you have had body work and relaxation from the best practitioner of your body…you.
Kelly Marie specialises in Yoga with Ayurveda. Yoga and Ayurveda are an absorbing avenue to whole health. Wouldn’t it be great to drive your own bus towards wellness. How?
Yoga is a treatment for the mind. As we focus on the body, the mind becomes crystal clear, quieter, moving with intention and calm.
Ayurveda knows that not all postures, meditation practices, breathing exercises are going to support every single person long term. So you can actually learn from Kelly Marie what is best for your healing, your choices, your medicine.
As ever, there is much to do and more to Be. When we gather one pointed focus, we find a steady mind makes for a quieter body.
Yoga workshops for adults and children over the age of 12 years in Thurles is in the tradition of Hatha Yoga.
