Marie Mills accredited Senior Yoga Teacher Yoga Alliance UK and a qualified Ayurvedic therapist registered with the APA. This mix tends to make all classes unique; using the medicine of Ayurveda to soothe the imbalance of the body and the science of Yoga to soothe the seat of the mind.

There is a 20% discount for any student attending two classes per week, one being an early morning class

    Wednesdays

    All classes €35 for three consecutive classes or €65 for six consecutive classes

    9:30am – 10:30am Hatha Yoga, starts September 6, 2017

    6:30pm to 7:30pm Mindful Yoga starts September 6, 2017

    7:30pm – 8:30pm Hatha Yoga currently running classes for summer, drop in, please text before arrival

    8:45pm – 9:45pm Yoga Nidra, the best relaxation tool ever – €30 for three sessions or €5 for current students

    Thursdays

    NEW Early morning €30 for three consecutive classes 6:30am – 7:30am Starts July 20, 2017

    Or

    7pm – 8pm Yoga for sports and flexibility, September 7, €35 for three consecutive classes or €65 for six consecutive classes

    8:15pm – 9:30pm An hour and a quarter class for an Introduction to Yoga September 7 €50 for four consecutive classes

    9:00am-10am Yoga with Kelly Marie Starts September 8, 2017

    5:30pm – 6:30pm Mindful Yoga starts September 8 €33 for three consecutive classes

    Saturdays

    YogaKids programme for children!! 5 consecutive sessions ages 8-12 years 10am – 11am                                                                                               starts 16 September, 2017 €50 (family discount, two children for €90)

    11am to 12noon Mindful Yoga starts September 9, 2017 (booking essential) All classes €35 for three consecutive classes or €65 for six consecutive classes

    12 noon to 1pm Yoga for daily living €65 for six consecutive classes

    In September 2017 all drop in fees will be €12 except for Tuesdays classes 

  • Why pay the fee upfront?

    This is to encourage commitment to the course of classes for the benefit of the students learning process and also to sustain classes viability.  

  • What if I miss a class?   

     Any class you miss can be swapped to another class within that same series. This does not include workshops.

  • What if I am on shift work?

    If you have variable work times, there is a committed option that is available, speak to Kelly Marie for this alternative.

    Sunday workshops 10am – 12noon €25

    Yoga workshops with various subjects. This month, 17 September, 2017 is for the overactive mind. Next month Digestive problems.

    All classes in the Yoga Thurles class schedule are designed for the individuals requirements and interests.

    All classes in the Thurles class schedule include in varying degrees:

    • Yoga postures,
    • mindfulness skills,
    • relaxation, meditation
    • Self care ideas from the science of Ayurveda.

    If a class time is not listed to suit you, you can build a Bespoke class using the Angel shop Yoga room or a venue you provide. Four students is required for a class to begin.
