Yoga Templemore classes begin January 8, 2018.
Venue: The McAuley community centre, Templemore
Cost: All classes €65 for 6 sessions.
If you miss a class you can make it up in any other class the Kelly Marie teaches in Templemore or Thurles.
Monday 6:15pm – 7:15pm
Yoga for wellness, requires general good health for the postures and breathing skills to increase health and wellness.
Monday 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Yoga for those familiar with Yoga or they are looking to increase flexibility and strength! Requires a good level of general health and fitness.

Gentle Yoga for health and wellness
Yoga itself brings about changes in the the health of the body due to the muscles becoming toned and supporting the skeletal system.
Yoga in the modern day is aimed at more the physical effect, but the nature of Yoga is to develop the mind so that there is a whole health benefit.
The pushing striving pain and burn nature of this day and age creates contrast from the simplicity of Yoga. Yoga is for your whole personal health.
For many it can be difficult in a gentle posture and it can be easy in an advanced posture… it is only our unique perception and body type.
I try to teach how to enter a pose with the mind engaged, to stay in the pose with integrity, even when we feel we need to move on, and to come out of the pose with the same integrity we came into it.
With Ayurvedic medicine as my other field of teaching, I do my best to help students identify how Yoga will best serve their personal body mind type.
