This Dynamic Yoga workshop is aimed at everyone in good health, but especially for those involved in a regular active life, who want to understand how a personal Yoga practice can transform the mind and body.
The first part of the workshop will be very heating and energy building, using the dynamic force of the body to create strength and balance.
The second part of the workshop is for slow and long stretching, intertwined with breathing skills to best serve the body during longer holds.
Developing stillness in the body requires focus and continuous one pointed thought and correct breathing. Without this you could be stretching beyond your safe limits.
Yoga for the active life has a specific place. Where we feel in the body is the best place to start.
