Ayurveda deals with the physical body. It’s concern is the interaction and functioning between the body, the environment and the Five Great elements.

Yoga seeks to develop the mind and at the same time, reduce any excessive mental activity.
If the mind has less clutter, there is space for us to grow into our the happiness that is our Life.

Using Yoga and Ayurveda together we have thousands of tools at our fingertips. But what we need to do is make the choice to step into our life, get up, stand up.

“Your mind will answer most questions if you learn to relax and wait for the answer. ” – William S. Burroughs
